Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the registered email address on file. Please check your emails (especially the Junk/Spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there) for the tracking link.
- If you login to your Niantic Supply account here you can also find the tracking information under the order details.
- If you paid with ShopPay, you can track your orders using the Shop app. The Shop app obtains tracking information from the carrier delivering your order.
Please keep in mind that carriers are experiencing delays, so your shipment may take a little longer than usual.
